What to look for in a Marriage Celebrant

by admin Email

Marriage celebrants are getting increasingly more popular performing the Wedding ceremony. In the last 10 years the amount of marriages performed by Marriage Celebrants has doubled while those performed by religious ministers has deminished.

I can only guess, but I would think that the reason for the success of marriage celebrants is that they are much more flexible in the location and the type of ceremony. Pre Wedding Shoot with Liz and Matt at MacMasters Beach

by admin Email

I met Liz and Matt very early this morning for the Pre-Wedding Shoot at MacMasters. The plan was to catch a beautiful Sunrise. The weather was a bit of let down. Thick cloud cover and guess what no Sunrise or at least we could not see it. Here is one of the shots from this morning. I think it is a beautiful shot, even though we did not get the sun. A Pre-Wedding shoot is a great way to get to know your Photographer and the Photographer to know you. It makes it easier at the Wedding as you have already worked with your Photographer. You get all the photos on a DVD. The photos can be used for invites, printed on your personalised labels on Wine, Candles, mugs or other presents for your guests or you can get a personalised guestbook with the photos of your choice printed on one side leaving room for your guests to write a note on the other. Another great idea is to have a framed print and let your guests write on the matt.

Getting ready in the Jembi-Rinjah Eco Lodge in Blackheath a beautiful resort in the middle of the Australian Bush and only meters away from the sensational Evans Lookout.

Ceremony and reception were held in the Ambermere Rose Inn in Little Hartley. One of the oldest pubs in New South Wales. This place has the ambience of the south of France with a beautiful courtyard, shaded by old Pinetrees.

Here some of the highlights.

It was a fantastic event. This is what Alyce had to say: "The video is beautiful! Thank you for sharing this with us... You and Louise make a wonderful team!" Thank you for letting us be part of your big day. Congratulations to Alyce and Ben!
